Currently payments can only be made by cheque, drawn on a UK Bank and payable in pounds (£’s) Sterling and made payable to Graham Duckenfield. Upon receipt of confirmation of your payment we shall process your order, however please allow 28 days for delivery.
Post and packing charges are agreed with the client upon placing the order and added to the price of the purchase.
You will receive your order inside a polysleeve and parcelled in strong cardboard for safe delivery.
If for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase you may return it in perfect condition in the original packaging within 14 days for a refund (less postage). If you return an item which is faulty, we will either replace the goods or return payment in full. In either case please contact us by telephone or e-mail.
All rights in the artwork on the website are owned by Graham Duckenfield and protected by copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights.
A price for an unframed work will be agreed between artist and client prior to work starting on the commission. This price may be subject to change if the client subsequently changes their requirements or conditions.
Work will not commence until receipt of a signed order and payment of a non-refundable deposit comprising 50% of unframed price plus any other expenses as appropriate.
The balance of the cost plus any additional costs such as delivery and framing charges are payable upon completion. If the artwork is to be collected or delivered in person payment can be made at the time, otherwise final payment is required before despatch, which will not take place before payment has cleared.
If the work is to be framed then payment for framing will be required before the framer is instructed.
The client will have the opportunity to approve an image of the painting, either by mail or e-mail prior to final payment.
Framed artwork can only be delivered within the UK. Unframed artwork can be delivered overseas.
